This decree aims to establish the regulatory framework necessary to facilitate the implementation of various trust services as outlined in Law No. 43-20. It specifically defines the rules applicable to each trust service, aligning them with current international standards.

Additionally, the decree outlines the accreditation and declaration regime for trust service providers and clarifies the procedures for prior declarations and permissions related to the import, export, or provision of cryptographic means and services.
