Law No. 43-20 concerning trust services for electronic transactions aims to establish the applicable framework for:

Trust services for electronic transactions ;
Cryptology methods and services ;
Operations carried out by trust service providers and the rules these providers and holders of electronic certificates must follow.

It also defines the prerogatives of the National Authority for Trust Services in Electronic Transactions.
