The Cyber Space is a fragile and unstable world, a source of various risks. In this environment of uncertainty and constant evolution, which is particularly favorable to hackers, it is now impossible to prevent the occurrence of cyberattacks, especially those associated with the remote execution of malicious code (malware) that have proliferated significantly in the last two years.

Beyond the technical knowledge of the mechanisms of proliferation of these malwares, it is imperative, indeed, to continuously work on strengthening the operational response capabilities and capacities of the entities responsible for Information Systems Security, particularly at the level of Vital Infrastructures.

This inevitably requires the conduct - as frequently as possible - of training activities in a quasi-real environment where teams are called upon, based on predefined attack scenarios, to find evidence of compromise, analyze the malicious code, identify the mode of action used, and propose recommendations to disinfect the IS and enhance its protection.

In this context, the General Directorate of Information Systems Security is organizing, on December 20, 2018, an online cyber exercise ("CyberDrill-2018-"), for the benefit of Administrations, Public Bodies, and Vital Infrastructures.
